核心儀器設施中心將於110年1月21(星期四)下午2：00假研究大樓R1-B1122演講廳，與諾倫科技股份有限公司共同辦理「全組織三維病理影像染色及成像技術新知講座」。

      全組織三維病理影像結合組織透明化技術，全組織多重染色標定，和層光顯微鏡技術，可在短短幾週內產出全組織三維免疫螢光影像。在不須石蠟包埋、冷凍包埋、組織切片狀態下，可將任何軟組織，像是腫瘤檢體或是實驗小鼠的腦、肺、肝等組織，進行一條龍式處理並且成像，提供過去傳統切片時所看不見的細節，同時保有組織結構的完整性，獲得遠多於傳統切片染色的資訊量。

       本次講座會將和與會者分享全組織三維病理影像所需要的檢體製備、組織透明化、抗體標記、影像擷取、處理與分析等技術內容，敬請同仁踴躍報名參加。

Core Instrument Center Seminar announcement--「3D WHOLE ORGAN BIOIMAGING SOLUTIONS 2021」

 Dear Colleagues,

Workshop 「3D Whole Organ Bioimaging Solutions」 will be held at R1- B1122 conference room at 2:00 p.m., January 21^st 2021.

Combining advanced techniques such as tissue clearing, whole tissue immunolabeling, and light-sheet microscopy, Nebulum Technologies proudly presents streamlined 3D whole tissue imaging solutions. Whether it’s a tumor biopsy or a model mouse organ, it is now possible to reveal biological insights of any soft tissue in 3D, providing billions more detail than traditional FFPE tissue sections.

In this talk, basic concepts of tissue clearing, whole tissue immunolabeling, light-sheet imaging, data processing, and data analysis will be shared and discussed. Welcome to join us.
